On one recent installation of Windows XP Pro with Outlook 2003 and Norton
Antivirus 1004 is very slow to start up in the morning (or after it has been
sitting idle for a couple of hours) taking over a minute to open. After
the original startup it opens and closes quickly for a while.
Is this normal?
Other stations with the same configuration never take that long to open?
