Hi Folks - What is the difference between the "safe senders" and "safe
recipients" options? Thanks.

Senders are people sending you mail (address in the From field) whilst
Recipients are names in the To field (like mailing lists that you might be
on where the mail isn't sent to 'you' but to the list).
