Hi,
We have upgraded a number of computers from Office suite 2000 to 2003.
Outlook 2003 is extremely slow when it tries to lookup company LDAP (at
least 10 seconds per address). I'm not sure the version of LDAP we use but
I can confirm later on when our Unix admin comes in. However, this is not
an issue with previous Outlook versions.
We have over 600 LDAP entries but I don't believe this should cause delay
like this. On 2 computers, I upgraded Outlook 2003 SP1 to SP2 but no
difference so far.
