outlook 2003 losing password when xp pro password changed

Hi,

We got new machines at work for some users, XP Pro and Office 2003.
When users are forced to change their network password (netware with NT
domain hooks), outlook then forgets their e-mail password (or is
changing it to their network password?) How can I stop that from
happening? Either there isn't much out there about that 'feature' or I
am not using the proper search terms.

Has anyone else seen this happening? Doesn't anyone have any idea's
about it?
