Outlook 2003 mail: thread-like layout?

Is there a way to organize Outlook mail folders in a thread-like fashion
similar to the Oulook Newsreader?

Tom,

Please try the following steps.

1. On the View menu point to Arrange By.
2. Click Conversation

You can press CTRL + "-" to collapse all conversations or CTRL + "+" to
expand all conversations. Note, the "+" or "-" keys in this combination are
the keys on the number pad.
