Outlook 2003: Mark mail sent to Junk Mail Folder as Read

I am really not interested in seeing the number of unread items in the Junk Mail folder. Is there a way to mark all mail deemed "Junk" as read? There is a rule action to "mark as read" but I do not see a condition "Labeled as Junk"
