Outlook 2003 Migration to Entourage

How cold migrate old emails (pst files), tasks, and addresses from MS Outlook 2003 to Entourage 2008? Is there a procedure for that?

How sad that Microsoft does not provide its own tool to migrate from Outlook to Entourage.
