Outlook 2003-Missing Icons?

Im using Oulook 2003, ive recently noticed when i open then Organiser box that the various icons and graphics are missing they are replaced with small red crosses they are still active, its not a big problem i know but would like to sort it,thought perhaps some files were missing or corrupt, so tried running detect and repair,the problem seem to be only in the Organiser box all other icons in Oulook are present.
Woul really appreciate any advice or ideas please.
