Outlook 2003 - Multiple PST Files

Is it possible to run two instances of outlook 2003 but with each instance
running a different PST file?

What I want to have is different PST files for my Buisness and
Private/Family?

I know I could keep switching, but iI would rather be able to have them both
open at the same time....!

you could create different Outlook profiles for every person or group:

but you are not able to open different profiles at the same time.
