Hi all. I recently upgraded to OL2003. I have XP running on my home
computer. I have a login as does my wife. The problem is when she logs
in and then I switch to my account (generally without logging off
hers), my outlooks flakes out. Sometimes it can't display reminders,
gives other error messages and other stuff. She does not use OL 2003
(she uses OE). If I cnt-alt-del and log her off, then close OL2003, I
still have to go to cnt-alt-del and end outlook (still shows it is
running).
I have a feeling that OL is auto-run when she logs in (or some portion
of it). A quick fix, in my mind, is simply to remove all parts of
outlook that are auto-running when she logs in. Along the same lines,
I use an application from Sprint that allows me to sync up remotely
with my e-mail from my PDA. It also auto-runs when she logs in. How
can I clean all the auto-run stuff from her account and leave mine
alone?
Regards,
