Outlook 2003 news reader

in my beta version i was able to use Go->News to get the
outlook news reader (outlook express). i've installed
o2003 pro and the option is not there. i tried looking
in the help file but it says to use Go->News. i've tried
reseting the menu and i tried finding the command in the
customize menu list. what can i do?

Milly helped me with this:

Try making OE the default news reader under Control Panel->Internet
Options->Programs tab. Please report back if this works.
