Outlook 2003 - no e-mail internet header and can't reply

Some of the e-mails I receive have no internet headers. When I hit "reply"
to answer them, only the sender's name appear, but no-mail address for
him/her. Is there anything I can do to change this? It does not happen in
Outlook Express.
