Outlook 2003 no popup when float on column

In Outlook 2003, in the list of email messages, when a column (e.g.,
Received) is too narrow to show the entire value (date and time), when
I float the cursor over that cell, Outlook doesn't popup a little
window showing the entire value. This worked ok in Outlook 2000.

Thanks for any help,

It works for me in Outlook 2003...does this happen in all views, all folders,
etc.?

Thanks for the response. Happens in all folders, all columns.

I discovered that if I hold down the Shift or Ctrl key while floating
the cursor over the cell, then I get the popup.

I discovered that after rebooting Windows 2000, the popup works
normally.

Thanks again.
