Outlook 2003 Offline Files

Hi

I'm trying to set up an offline file so that a user can
sync a few of their folders whilst they are away

However, the define groups bit never remembers the
settings and on F9 i get a 0x80070005 don't have
permission and the outlook.ost file is only approx 600k
