Outlook 2003 Opens Links in E-mail Messages in New Browser Windows

I've found plenty of articles of how to get previous versions of outlook to open links in email messages in new browser windows but non to show how to get outlook 2003 to open links in email messages in the same internet explorer window. Any suggestions?

I believe it is controlled from within IE. Tools, Options, Advanced, Reuse Window for Launching Shortcuts.
