My organization runs Outlook 2003 as our primary mail client along with
Exchange 2003 as our Enterprise mail system. I currently have
cached-Exchange mode enabled, and my Outlook Junk E-mail level of protection
is set to "High".
I have enabled the "Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail instead of
moving it to the Junk E-mail folder" option, but it does not seem to work.
After enabling this option, junk mail still ends up in my "Junk E-mail"
folder.
Can anyone offer any comments on why this is happening, and how to resolve
it?
