We're testing outlook 2003 on a few systems (actually all of office 2003 using MSDN) to see if we want to upgrade all systems to it in the office. We keep running into little issues here and there, and I am finding one in Outlook now that's rather annoying.
The inbox tends to show a few unread messages in it denoted by the blue number next to the folder, yet there's nothing unread in the inbox at all. Then I click view, then arrange by, then current view and select unread messages in this folder and POOF there's a few messages there that I've never seen. They tend to be messages from the same internal user (our CEO).
This is happening just about every day and it's getting rather annoying. Anyone seen this? Know what the heck to do about it?
It's just a default full install of Office 2003 Professional except I don't install Access. The OS is WinXP Pro
Thanks!
