Outlook 2003, read receipt and rules

Hi folks,

I'm running Outlook 2003 with all patches avaialable at today
(9-feb-04). Problem is, that Outlook send read receipt even when
setting is set to "Never send a response". This occurs only when rule
moves UNREAD message to another folder and message sender has
requested read receipt. I don't want to send any receipts.

What to do?

Nobody knows aswer? MS people, PLEASE fix this to O2k3sp1.. PLEASE!!

There is several unaswered questions about this in this and other
newsgroups (and other places, too). And it seems to be confirmed bug
on Outlook 2002 SP0.. still not fixed!
