Outlook 2003 Read Receipt / Send Recieve Problems

My mail server is somehow choking on sending a couple of "Read Receipts" and
will not send them. However, these messages are invisible and not in my
outbox like it used to be in Outlook 2000.

These are now weeks old and I'd like to just go ahead and delete them so I
stop getting error messages but I can't find them anywhere in any outlook
folder. I've turned off automatic tracking and won't ever send a read
receipt again but these two are somehow lingering and I can't get rid of
them.

Does anyone know of this problem? How can I stop these errors on every send
and recieve? Where are these queued receipts?

Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file (preferably as an attachment) after one of the sessions
in which Outlook attempts to send these messages? Outlook 2003 should be
able to send them, and I'd like to see why it isn't.
