Outlook 2003 Repeatedly Disappearing Shortcut Groups

After creating several groups of Outlook 2003 shortcuts , ncluding shortcuts to URL's on the Web as well as to files and folders on my hard drive, they work fine and promptly open the target following activation of the shortcut. This is a nice, new, efficient feature of Outlook 2003. However, each time I close then reopen Outlook 2003, the groups progressively disappear. I am open to any/all explicit suggestions on how to rectify the 'short-comings' of this new feature. Help, please!
