Outlook 2003 (repost)

Hi

I have 2 issues: Signature and Send Link

Signature: I have 2 signatures created in Tools|Options|Mail Format, but I
don't choose to have a signature automatically inserted for every new
message. What I'd like to do is to manually insert when needed. The
problem is I can't figure out to do it. Say, after creating a new message,
I would click on Insert, and what seems to be available for manually insert
signature is Auto Text | Signature. The odd thing is that what available in
Auto Text | Signature is NOT the 2 signatures created in Mail Format. What
supposed to be signature is now just a username that seemed to have come
during an import of OPS file from another PC.
Question: How can I insert signature manually ?

Send Link: In IE6, I would click on Mail button and select Send Link. A new
email message from Outlook 2003 is created with:
a. A little warning right above the To button saying: "Outlook blocked
access to the following potentially unsafe attachment: example.url"
Question: How then can I send a link to someone who also uses Outlook 2003
without being blocked ?

b. In the body, a text saying: "Your files are attached and ready to send
with this message."
Question: Can this text be removed somehow ? Or, do I just have to manually
delete it every time ?

Your help is really appreciated.
Thank you
Steve

That's what I do. The Compose window has a "Signatures" button (between the
Spell Check and Insert File buttons). Clicking this gives me a list of all
my signatures. I select the one I want. Of course, I don't use Word as my
mail editor.

Just include the URL in a plain text message. Also see
