Outlook 2003 will get the send/don't send error box, if
you check to restart the program and click either options
the program will open. This happens fairly consistently
every 15 to 20 minutes. It does not matter if Outlook is
idle (minimized) or just finishing to send a message.
Uninstalled, reinstalled still not resolution. Anyone had
this occur?
