Outlook 2003: Rules and Spamfilter issue

Hi,

I have an issue with the Junk E-Mail option in Outlook 2003. The Junk E-Mail
filter puts a message in the Junk E-Mail folder, however, the processing
rules then pick up the message and put it in the folder as set in the rule.
This way, all my spam still is in my regular mailboxes.

I've been searching for an exclusion of processing mail that was placed in
the Junk E-mail folder, but I can't find anything.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

leave all mail in the inbox and use search folders instead of rules to view messages apart from other messages.
