Outlook 2003 rules don't work w/Office 2003 SP2 upgrade

My rules were working fine until I updated Office 2003 with SP2. Now my rules
don't work unless I run them manually.

I also tried doing the "Upgrade" option in Rules and Alerts, but the Upgrade
button is greyed out.

Am I missing something here?
