I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. I have a number of rules that look at the subject of incoming messages and sort them to the appropriate folders (mostly newsletters). I also use the Junk Mail Filtering features. I have the Junk Mail Filter set to HIGH because I get literally 1000 spam messages a day across my various accounts
My problem is that the Junk Mail filter frequently (dozens of times a day) places some of the messages that my rules should pick up into the Junk E-mail folder. As a result I have adapted to manually running my rules on the Junk E-mail folder multiple times each day to avoid deleting messages I would like to read.
Is there anyway for the Junk Filter to run AFTER the other rules I have set-up? or is there a way to automatically run rules in the Junk E-mail folder? Right now I have to manually select each rule that I want to re-run (dozens of check boxes, where is the select all option when you need it?)
thanks in advance
