WE have an external spam filter the tags messages that it considers as junk
so that users can add a rule to put those messages to Junk Email folder. But
this external spam filter may catch messages from some valid senders as
well. If a user add those valid senders to the white list, will it still
move those mesages to the Junk Email folder.
To simplify the question, When both an Outlook Rule and a Junk mail Rule are
applied to the same mesage, which takes priority ?
