Outlook 2003 rules wizard ...

In Outlook 2000, there is a rule that can be created using the wizard that
says "Notify me when important messages arrive" and "notify me using a
specific message".

I don's see that rule in Outlook 2003 ... how can I do that in 2003?

Look for the "display a specific message in the New Item Alert window"
action.
