Outlook 2003 Rules

How would I create a rule to move all incoming messages from a specific
domain to a specific folder. For example, anything from the microsoft.com
domain?

-> Rules and Alert

Choose "New Rule

Check "Start from a blank rule

Choose messages when they arriv

Check With specific words in the sender's addres

Click "specific words" in the Step 2 dialogue

Enter Microsoft.co

Hit Ad

Hit O

Hit Nex

Check move it to the specified folde

Click "specified" in the Step 2 dialogue

Target the folder

Hit OK

Hit Nex

Hit Next again (you didn't ask for exceptions

Name it and you're done.
