Greetings,
Using Outlook 2003 (SP2) in XP - We have a roughly 32 day period for which a
small group of people need to know the schedule. Setting up a group/shared
calendar for them is not an option.
We tried doing a screen-shot, but the appointment descriptions are cut off.
We tried printing it, and the descriptions are good, but we'll need to
scan/e-mail for that to work.
We tried saving as an HTML file (one of the options under File > Save As),
but it gave very weird results.
Is there a way to save/print/whatever a given period of time in Outlook's
calendar so it becomes, or can be imported to, a Word document or something?
We did try "Print to File" but that gave us a .prn file (not surprising),
can we do anything with that?
Thanks!
