Seems that when I send a meeting request on Outlook 2003
to an Outlook 2002 user, the 2002 user doesn't get the
standard meeting request nor does the event show up as a
tentative meeting on their calendar. Instead, the 2002
user requests a jumbled email with lots of headers and
extraneous data and buried within all of that is a block
of text which represents my meeting request.
I've been all over the MS websites for office and outlook
and they do not indicate an incompatibility problem. Has
anyone ever experienced this behavior?
Thanks,
