I have just installed Microsoft Office XP family Edition
and have configured MS Outlook 2003. It works fine but
every time I hit the Send/Receive it starts sending 1 or
2 messages even when the Outbox is empty. I have tried it
many times and it happens every time I hit Send/Receive.
And when there are emails in the Outbox it sends 1-2
additional emails alongwith the number of emails present
in the Outbox.
And in the end it sends the valid emails and exits with
this error message:
Task 'mail.calypso.com - Sending' reported error
(0x800CCC65) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has
reported an internal error. If you continue to receive
this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded:
503 Bad sequence of commands'
Pls help me find the cause and the solution
