Can these be turned off or unassigned? (for example cntl-shift M = new
meeting)
Also, when I view a colleague's calendar side by side with mine, both
are labeled "calendar" at the top. I don't seem to be able to change
this. Can it be changed? I'd like the person's name to show at the top
of their calendar.
