Outlook 2003 signature frustration

The outlook editor is not being recognized. After hitting Advanced Editor, it
says "Could not find an editor for H (.) files." I checked my settings in IE
and they show Word. FYI - I'm using Vista. need help fast. Thanks

Change the default HTML editor for IE to something else in the list, apply
the changes and then change it back to the editor your prefer and press OK.
Does the issue still occur now?
