Outlook 2003 SMTP problem

I have one user in a group of 15 that is the only person having this problem

When I try to send mail I get (The server responded: 503 no
recipient (s)

The account works fine in Outlook Express, also when I hit send/receive
without any messages in the outbox, I get this same error.

I reinstalled Office 2003 and that did not help at all

Any idea's?
