Outlook 2003 Spell Checker Window wont go away

Recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. Things went fine for a
day or so. Now I get a constant "Spell Check is Complete"
window or the prompt to make changes. I have turned off
the spell check options on replies since that is where its
mostly showing. I have turned off editing with Word to
verify it wasnt crossing over. I have also uninstalled and
reinstalled numerous times and have even gone back to
Office XP and get the same issues there now also.
Something has definately gone arye such as a bad spell
check dll or something. Does anyone know what maybe
causing this. Im getting desperate. Thanks
