I installed the update for 2003...I use Franklin Planner
Plan Plus Software for hotsyncing with Palm. My "inbox"
appears on bottom portin of screen, but preview does not
work. When you go into View>Reading Pane>all options are
faded. Additionally, the toolbar across top of Inbox is
faded and not accessible (moved, delete, reply, print,
etc..
If I open the message, everything is fine.
I attempted an "detect and Repair", but it did nothing.
Any suggestions are making the reading pane options
available on my screen?
