Outlook 2003 Upgrade from Exchange has missing images

I bought Exchange 2003 which included Outlook 2003. When I upgrade
clirnt machines through a network share where I copied the entire CD,
there are missing images on the outlook today screen. The yellow and
black image to the left of the date is missing and there are what
appear to be about 8 small blobs on the vertical lines separating the
cal, tasks and messages. Any idea what these missing files are and
where should I get them and where should I place them? Does not
prevent functioning, just doesn't look proper.
