Outlook 2003 with Business CM startup is very slow

I intially had installed outlook 2003 with the business
contact manager and startup time was comparable to
Outlook XP. I then installed the technical refresh, which
automatically installed the business contact manager.

From that time, the startup has been very slow. It takes
outlook nearly 1.5 - 2minutes to startup and display an
email. I am only using POP3 and not an exhange account.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions about this?
