Outlook 2003 with Notes Domino server

I have recently upgraded to Office 2003 and outlook 2003. I was using the outlook connect and everything was working file
Now with the new outlook and its connect option I can not see any of the mail folders. Only can see the inbox, deleted items and sent items. is there any things that I need to do
I am also using the Lotus default mail design template (mail 5.0.13)
Can any one help me please??

First I like to thank you for the your time and support. I have downloaded the new version that supports 2002 ans 2003 and released by microsoft on april. I have also reloaded the lotus mail standard template from the Lotus notes data base
The problem is only with the folders and they do not show up
Some do show up if I access their contents. some sort of problem with microsoft connector (the new version).
Please provide any support you can as I enjoy and prefer using ms outlook
