Outlook 2003 won't open...

Just installed Office 2003 Pro, and everything was nominal except
Outlook will not start.

Get this error message:

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The
set folders could not be opened.

I did NOT do a custom install. I did an upgrade install over Office XP.
Tried the "solution" in the knowledge base that I found in connection
with a custom install. No go.

Running Win2k with latest upgrades.

Connection to our Exchange server at school via VPN.

Any ideas?

Can you create a new mail profile (right-click the Outlook desktop icon or
use the Control Panel mail applet)?
