Dave

Hi,

I have created a signature in outlook and conected it to
a specific account. When I choose this account the
signature dosen't show.

If I copy the signatre and create another one it shows
but with loads of returns between each line. :<

Can someone please advise?

Regards

Dave

Sounds like your original signature is corrupted since creating a second one
works.

For the returns;
SHIFT+ENTER = brake rule
ENTER = new paragraph (double space)

If you want Outlook to switch signatures when you switch accounts in an
email message, you must:

1) Be using WordMail as your email editor.
2) Have a signature set up for all accounts; it can be blank.

Discovered that if I have a signature for all accounts it
worked... is that a bug or something?

No, that's the way it is designed to work. It depends on being able to
identify an existing signature to swap out. That's done with Word styles.
