Outlook 2003 Ziped Folders

Hi, since updating to outlook 2003 I cannot seem to send
Ziped files. Was fine with office XP. have dissabled AV
and firewall for testing

I can recieve them but not send.

Can send other attachments ok such as HTML, DOC, JPG, Gif
ETC...

When I try to send zipped files just get SMPT time out
errors no matter the siz of zip. Only happens to zip
files.

Any help would be great
