Outlook 2003

Outlook 2003 keeps changing the incoming POP3 server address to localhost
after a few unsuccesful attempts at connecting. It also adds the info that
was in the incoming server to user name at times.

Any body else seen this or know of a way to fix it.

Outlook isn't doing that. Your anti-virus or anti-spam program, which uses a
local POP server, is doing it.
