Outlook 2003

I’m having a problem with Outlook 2003 – if I make a mistake in the To or CC
fields, it won’t let me delete the email address but starts deleting the
message text instead ? it looks like To: and CC: are greyed out or locked

Can you help?

the problems strated after i installed SDL Trados Software. Not sure if they
are related.
