Outlook 2003

Hi
I have install Microsoft office 2003. In it is Outlook 2003. When I go to
add a new account I get the following message: The operation failed du to
registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the
problem persists please reinstall.
I have tried to reinstall but without any success. Can anybody tell me what
is the problem?

Try creating a new mail profile in Control Panel's Mail applet.

I have check and the profile already exist. But I still get the same error.
This machine run windows xp.

Of course a profile already exists. I said to create a new one. See this:
