Outlook 2003

I am having a problem with Outlook 2003, I am having a
problem replying to email. I recieve email fine but seem
to have an issue sending and or replying to email. the
advanced setting appear to be correct. Any suggestions?

What error messages do you see? What kind of account are you using? Are
you properly authenticating to your outbound server?

I am logging into an IMail account.
Doing the Test Account Settings I get the Following Error
Messages:

The specified server was found, but there was no response
from the server. Please verify that the port and SSL
information is correct....

Find outgoing mail server (SMTP): Outlook could not
connect to the outgoing mail server....

I am able to get incoming emails and this is an existing
email account that has just developed this issue.

Still sounds like incorrect outbound authentication. What setttings do you
have for this?

Hello,

Not using SPA (Secure Password Authenication)...
Outgoing Server - Have the option My outgoing server
(SMTP) requires authentication. (Checked)
And use same settings as my incoming mail server (Checked)

Not using SSL

Using the Default Ports
110 for POP3 and 25 for SMTP
