I just installed Office 2003 on a windows 2000 operating
system and I am getting an error message when Outlook
opens. The message is "THe file MSFSMENUE.ECF or
MSFSPROP.ECF is missing or is not valid". I cannot locate
any information in the knowledge base and looking fo some
help. I have searched my hard drive and the files do not
exist.
