Why is it when I want to insert an attachment into an email in Outlook 2003
and the browse window pops up for the file, I try to change the directory
for the file, the window
stops responding and locks up and I have to force quit Outlook (sometimes
having to reboot!) Argghhhh!....Help me Please....
