Outlook 2003

Help we just switched from ACT to Outlook 2003 using exchange server. I'm
finding it to be very busy.
I want everyone's computers in our office to have the following navigation
panes:
Their e-mails
Public Calendar
Public Contacts
Their tasks
Public Journals

Is this possible

Yes, add them to the public folder favorites and create a search folder for
them.
