From the CD that came with your computer. Outlook 2004 is not a real
product. Outlook 2003 is probably the version you were using.

There isn't always a CD provided.

Does the "V" in "MVP" stand for valuable or vacuous?

I have posted questions here, but never got an answer. Answering them may
have required more effort than looking up a KB article, or posting a
smart-ass reply.

If you did not get a cd with your purchase, you'll need to contact the
person or company you purchased office or the computer from (assuming it
came with the computer) and ask for a cd or run your restore disk. Office is
not available for download.

Malignant comment.
Unfounded as well. Answer a few thousand posts, then provide us with your
more informed perspective.

Guess what? A CD isn't always provided. Example: ThinkPad T41.

I have posted questions here, but never got an answer. I put some pennies in
the bank, i.e. tried to help answer a copule other questions even though I'm
not an "MVP", in the hope of eliciting help for my own question. Nothing.

Some questions require more effort than looking up a KB article, or posting
a smart-aleck reply like "use the CD that came with your comptuer".

Guess what? If a CD is not provided, the company is in violation of its
license agreement with Microsoft.

Please provide the name of the OEM from whom the computer was purchased with
the preinstalled software without the installation CDs. There are a few
MVPs who are pursuing this with Microsoft and the OEMs to ensure that their
customers receive what their license with Microsoft requires - i.e., the
installation CDs.

Remove the obvious to reply to my posting address.
