Guess what? If a CD is not provided, the company is in violation of its
license agreement with Microsoft.
Please provide the name of the OEM from whom the computer was purchased with
the preinstalled software without the installation CDs. There are a few
MVPs who are pursuing this with Microsoft and the OEMs to ensure that their
customers receive what their license with Microsoft requires - i.e., the
installation CDs.

| Guess what? A CD isn't always provided. Example: ThinkPad T41.
|
| I have posted questions here, but never got an answer. I put some
| pennies in the bank, i.e. tried to help answer a copule other
| questions even though I'm not an "MVP", in the hope of eliciting help
| for my own question. Nothing.
|
| Some questions require more effort than looking up a KB article, or
| posting a smart-aleck reply like "use the CD that came with your
| comptuer".

| || From the CD that came with your computer. Outlook 2004 is not a real
|| product. Outlook 2003 is probably the version you were using.
